After hitting a motorcycle in Miami Beach, singer DaniLeigh was arrested Tuesday for DUI, leaving the scene of a crash/serious bodily harm, and property damage.

According to a Miami Beach Police Department complaint, witnesses witnessed a gray Mercedes-Benz strike a moped and drive away at great speed.

The Benz's driver is DaniLeigh, aka Danielle L. Curiel.

One witness said the automobile weaved in and out of traffic before the crash and did not stop or slow down.

“Multiple people attempted to get the driver’s attention and advised her that she was dragging the moped, however, the driver never stopped,” the 911 caller said.

The police report states that Curiel had "sluggish motor skills" and "a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the vehicle" after being pulled over. The filing noted a "heavily intoxicated" passenger.

The police report states that Curiel was held after telling them she was coming from a private Memorial Day celebration and denied drinking or striking a biker. Failing a sobriety test got her arrested.

The MBPD said the hit-and-run victim was sent to Miami's Ryder Trauma Center. Police reported a kidney laceration and spinal fracture.
