When Will You Get Your March SSI Payment?
The March SSI payment will arrive on Friday, February 28, 2025. This is because March 1 falls on a Saturday, and the SSA sends payments on the last business day before a weekend or holiday.
How Much Will You Receive?
The amount you receive depends on your situation:
- Individuals: Up to $967 per month
- Couples: Up to $1,450 per month
- Essential persons (caregivers for SSI recipients): $484 per month
These payments help low-income individuals with disabilities cover daily expenses.
Why Does the SSI Payment Schedule Change?
SSI payments are always scheduled for the first day of each month, but if that falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment is sent the previous business day.
